CELLTREAT MWCO Ultra Filtration systems include CELLTREAT 15ml or 50ml centrifuge tubes and a MWCO filtration insert in 5,000, 10,000 or 100,000 Molecular Weight Cut Off pore sizes. CELLTREAT Ultra filtration systems are manufactured in a class 100,000 clean room and made of high clarity polypropylene. The tubes contain high recovery cellulose membranes with concentration factors of 80-100X. The housing is translucent with volume graduations for easy sample monitoring. Samples are easily accessed in the tube, eliminating steps to recover concentrate. Applications for MWCO filtration tubes include concentration of biological samples or proteins, purification of macromolecular components found in cell culture extracts, size exclusion and protein fractionation.
