Select-a-Size DNA Binding Buffer is used with the column-based format of Select-a-Size. Binding conditions are adjusted using this buffer to selectively recover ≥ 300 bp, ≥ 200 bp, ≥ 150 bp, ≥ 100 bp, ≥ 50 bp DNA fragments or perform a double size selection.
